Return & Exchange Policy

Look, we get it – sometimes things don't fit as snug as a joey in a pouch. No worries! We've got a ripper of a 30-day return and exchange policy that's as easy-going as a Sunday arvo BBQ. If your purchase isn't making you as happy as a kookaburra in the sunshine, just give us a bell, and we'll sort you out. Just a heads up, though – make sure your gear is still looking schmick, with all the tags hanging on. And remember, while we're fair dinkum about making returns easy, the shipping charges stick around, a bit like sand after a beach trip.
